The Challenge
The guest bathroom had significant water damage behind the shower walls, peeling paint, a cracked toilet, and a vanity from the 1990s. The subfloor was soft in places and needed replacement.
Our Solution
We gutted the bathroom down to studs, replaced damaged subfloor sections, installed moisture-resistant cement board, and waterproofed with a membrane system. New white subway tile in the shower, hexagonal marble floor tile, modern vanity with vessel sink, and a comfort-height toilet.
